Stephen Costantino was the first Star Wars celebrity to join us live on stage. Stephen portrayed the Gamorrean Guard who is killed by Luke Skywalker on Jabba’s Sail Barge in Return of the Jedi. Not only does he swing a Gamorrean Axe in the movie, but he also plays a mean blues axe live on stage.
Stephen was a guest at the Star Wars Fan Fun Day in May 2014, and was delighted to accept our offer of joining us on stage when we performed at the event. We played a few blues classics, and one of his own songs ‘Silent Heart’.
Stephen enjoyed playing with us so much that we organised a second show, this time at The Ferret in Preston, especially so that we could play with him again!
