BLUES HARVEST:
Fronted by comic book illustrator Nick Brokenshire (Star Wars Adventures / Dark Horse / 2000AD / IDW), Blues Harvest have built up a most impressive reputation as the go-to party band for geek events, having played their blend of Star Wars parodies and other classic movie songs in comic-cons, space centres and cantinas across the galaxy.

They have recently performed shows at Disneyland Paris, Star Wars Celebration Chicago and in December 2018 were joined on stage by special guest Ray Parker Jr for a show-stopping rendition of his hit ‘Ghostbusters’.

Mark Hamill is also a Blues Harvest fan, having declared one of their songs, Tatooine Sunset, as “Magnificent! The lyrics, performance and John Williams’ theme fade-out: PERFECTION”.

Blues Harvest will be blasting through hyperspace to play a headline show at The Deaf Institute in Manchester on July 20th, so bring your favourite nerd t-shirt and geek out with the best band this side of Mos Eisley!

POP-UP PUPPET CINEMA
The best way to describe POP-UP PUPPET CINEMA is like Punch and Judy colliding with Hollywood. PPC condense classic films into live puppet shows, mocking the originals with plenty of warmth and admiration.

“Crowd pleasing, slick, and above all extremely funny” – Starburst Film Festival
“Truly original and utterly hilarious!” – RAD screenings
“Very funny and inventive!” – Dirk Maggs (The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy)
“Silly, funny, inventive, movie accurate. Go see!” – Rob Kemp (The Elvis Dead)
